A YORK estate agent picked up an award at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2014 after only two years trading.

Wishart Estate Agents, based in Blake House, claimed the Gold Award in the Yorkshire & Humber region

The award was announced by TV property expert Phil Spencer, pictured above with Lucie Wishart from the business, who said: "I am absolutely thrilled to be recognised at this year’s awards.

"It means so much to me in only my second year of trading, but particularly as I know it’s my clients and purchasers who have judged my performance.

"I am very proud of the personal service I provide and I take customer service very seriously."
