AN exhibition of practical steps villagers can take to go green will be held in Husthwaite village hall on Saturday, October 30, from 10am to 4pm.
There will be displays about roof, floor and wall insulation, draughtproofing, window improvements, boiler and other appliance efficiency.
There will be information about renewable sources of energy, wind, solar and woodchip.
Experts will be on hand to discuss energy issues, cheaper ways of buying fuel and grants. Admission is free and coffee, tea and cakes will be on sale.
