FARMERS and landowners wanting to find out how to manage their land to encourage farmland birds are being invited to a free event at the Escrick Park estate near Selby.
Organised by the Campaign for the Farmed Environment (CFE), the event on December 6 will include a guided tour of the estate and presentations from organisations such as Kings game cover and conservation crops, the RSPB and Game Wildlife Conservation Trust.
