KEPOW Theatre Company presents Kevin Tomlinson: Seven Ages, a comic look at the seven stages of life, at Stillington Village Hall, near York, tomorrow at 7.30pm.
Using masks, storytelling and improvisation, Kevin and his fellow performer take true stories from their own lives and suggestions from the audience and then weave them into amusing or touching scenes.
Those scenes will be based on such topics as going to school; falling in love; finding a job; having a child; and growing old disgracefully in a show that combines comedy, drama and pathos.
“We aim to explore two of the most important questions you can ask yourself: Why am I here and what’s important in my life?” says Kevin. “The show will make you reassess your priorities, while simultaneously making you laugh.”
•Tickets cost £10 on 01347 811544 or at ruralarts.org
