Simon Cowell has jetted to Barbados for some winter sun with his exes Sinitta and Terri Seymour.
The X Factor boss traditionally spends Christmas on the Caribbean island, and reportedly asked his former flames - who he has stayed close friends with - to join him, along with Sinitta's children.
But Simon's girlfriend Lauren Silverman - who is expecting their baby - will apparently miss his annual holiday as she is spending the festive season with her seven-year-old son in New York, reported the Daily Mirror.
A source said: "Simon would have loved Lauren to be with him, but he understands totally that her priority is, of course, to her son. He'll miss her dearly."
Photos show Simon, 54, soaking up the rays and riding a jet-ski, clad in blue and white shorts.
And in images on the MailOnline the TV mogul is seen chatting to Terri and her boyfriend Clark Mallon, before he and Clark head off on jet-skis.
Simon and Lauren, 36, are expecting their baby son in February.
