The scene in Tang Hall on Thursday
ARMED police swooped in York and arrested two men at a house.
Residents watched in shock as at least seven police cars and vans blocked off Tang Hall Lane near its junction with Hadrian Avenue at about 5pm on Thursday.
Two men, aged 27 and 22, were arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a stanley knife.
Both men remain in police custody as enquiries continue.
