A MAN whose body was found in the garden of a house in west York died from natural causes, police have said.
The discovery was made at about 7am on Monday in Invicta Court, a cul-de-sac that runs off Walker Drive near Bellhouse Way and Foxwood Lane.
North Yorkshire Police said the man was thought to be aged in his sixties, and his body had been spotted by a member of the public.
Officers attended and spent much of the morning at the scene, but the force said on Monday afternoon that the death was not being treated as suspicious.
They said it appeared the man had died sometime overnight between Sunday and Monday.
