FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze at a farm in North Yorkshire yesterday (May 23).
Crews from Boroughbridge, Knaresborough, Harrogate and Ripon were called to the fire near Minskip, which is close to Boroughbridge, at 2.15pm. Police also attended.
When they arrived a van was on fire and had spread to a nearby agricultural building.
A spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Police said: "We are awaiting confirmation from the fire service as to whether the cause was deliberate or not."
A North Yorkshire fire service spokeswoman added: "There nothing on the incident log to say it’s being treated as deliberate at this time."
No-one was injured in the fire.
