FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a car fire.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue say they were called at 11.52am today to Horsefair in Boroughbridge.
A spokesman for the service said that crews from the town responded to reports of a car on fire and used two hose reel jets, two breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera at the incident.
The cause is believed to have been electrical.
