BOSSES at cinema chain Vue Entertainment, which operates a cinema complex at York’s Clifton Moor, have been thrashing out the final details of a sale to a private equity firm worth about £450 million.
The UK’s third largest cinema group was understood to be close to sealing a deal with buyout firm Doughty Hanson.
