PAST pupils and staff are invited to celebrate Clifton Green Primary School’s 40th birthday next week.
There has been a school on the Kingsway Road site in York since 1970, when it was known as Kingsway Junior School.
Current pupils are studying a particular decade over the period to learn about the news, fashion, and art of the time.
On Friday, July 2, former staff and pupils can visit the school to share their experiences of school and their lives with the children.
