Members of Fantasy Cheer And Dance Academy with their trophy haul from Bournemouth
THIS team of talented youngsters scooped first place in a national cheerleading contest.
The Fantasy Cheer And Dance Academy “baby team”, which features children from five to ten-years-old finished in first place at the Future Cheer International Cheer And Dance Championships in Bournemouth.
The club, based at Canon Lee School in York, celebrates its first anniversary in August and has three teams. Natalie Lyon, 22, one of the coaches of the club, praised the team for all their hard work and dedication.
In total, 65 members make up the club, ranging from the age of three to 21 years of age.
