The body of a woman was recovered from the sea at Scarborough’s South Bay after being spotted by a dog walker.
Her death is not being treated as suspicious and a post-mortem examination is to be carried out. The woman has not been identified, but Humberside Police said documents found on or near her body have led them to believe she was from the Beverley area.
