Rachel Richardson, who pulled off an 8-1 success on White Flag at Redcar earlier this month, can gain an encore aboard the Tim Easterby-trained filly at Musselburgh tomorrow.

Richardson, a 7lb claimer attached to Easterby’s Great Habton stable, got a good tune out of the juvenile and, although the form of that race is nothing to write home about, White Flag has earned a handy rating of just 61 for her handicap debut in the Royal Scots Club Nursery.

Well drawn in stall ten, White Flag can oblige a second time.

Philip Kirby has never looked back since moving from Castleton on the North York Moors to Middleham earlier this year and this shrewd trainer can eke another win from Just Paul in the RSP Consulting Engineers Handicap.

Just Paul has enjoyed a most rewarding campaign already with four wins and a fifth looked likely at this venue on his latest outing when he cruised through to challenge only to be outpointed late on by Argaki.

That race was over a mile and the drop back to seven furlongs should suit him tomorrow, especially as he is a previous course and distance winner.

Richard Fahey is continuing to fire in the winners and the Malton trainer, who has won more than £2 million in prize money this season, has prospects of a Musselburgh double with Wealth and Simply Shining.

Simply Shining, who goes for the Choose EBF Nominated Fillies’ Handicap, got no sort of run on her latest unplaced effort at Thirsk after being trapped on the inside.

Wealth makes his second appearance in the British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes after showing promise at Chester on his debut.

The juvenile finished fourth on that occasion and appeals as the type to step up again.

Paul Midgley’s Irish Girls Spirit is napped in the first division of the Royal Scots Apprentice Handicap, and the consistent Here Now And Why makes most appeal in the second.

At Epsom, Day Of Conquest bids to complete a hat-trick of wins in the Arc de Triomphe Betting At totepool.com Conditions Stakes.

The Richard Hannon-trained colt looks to be improving fast, judged on his previous two wins at Leicester and Kempton.
