YORK City striker Clayton Donaldson played the first 50 minutes of the England National Game XI's 3-1 friendly defeat in Northern Ireland last night.
An uninjured Donaldson was replaced by Dagenham and Redbridge forward Paul Benson, who netted the visitors' consolation two minutes after coming on.
The Irish Premier League representative team had earlier taken a 2-0 lead due to poor defending in the first five minutes.
Stevenage striker Steve Morison, who was partnering Donaldson in attack, also missed a penalty.
