HOME comforts propelled Selby Town to a 4-2 victory over Long Eaton United in the Northern Counties East League premier division.
The Robins picked up their fourth Flaxley Road win from six games thanks to two goals apiece from Liam Davis and recent striking recruit Adam Lee.
Nathan Parker put the visitors in front on eight minutes and, although Davis levelled on 18 minutes, Kevin Mabon made it 2-1 to United on 32 minutes.
However, the hosts turned on the style in the last 25 minutes, with Lee’s 67th minute and 84th minute strikes sandwiching Davis’ second on 71.
Pickering Town suffered a 1-0 derby defeat at Scarborough Athletic, who won the game with a 60th minute Christopher Jenkinson goal.
Fifth-placed Tadcaster Albion were held to a 0-0 draw at lowly Lincoln Moorlands Railway.

In division one north, Harrogate Railway Athletic moved off the bottom with a stunning 2-1 win at title-chasing Chorley.
The hosts took the lead on three minutes through Aaron Rey, but two goals in the last 13 minutes won it for Railway, with Steve Palfrey netting on 77 minutes and Paul Stansfield four minutes later.
