World and European Karate champion Liam O’Grady has been training with Chuck Liddell Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts champion.
The two got together at O’Grady’s Elite Fight and Fitness in York ahead of a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminar.
Brazilian Marcus da Silva is holding the seminar on Saturday and will shortly become a regular instructor at the Osbaldwick venue.
