New Earswick All Blacks ARLFC suffered defeat in their final Pennine League Championship game of 2012 losing 48-12 to Nevison Leap.
All Blacks started the brighter side mounting pressure on the Nevison line but were unable to break through.
Nevison gained the lead after 15 minutes with an unconverted try and furthered their lead with three more tries to be 22-0 up at half-time.
Nevison extended their advantage early in the second half with two tries before All blacks hit back with stand-off Tom Holmes finishing a flowing move down the left which he converted. Soon after, hooker Joe Davis crashed over, Holmes again converting.
Nevison hit back to score with further tries in the last 15 minutes.
All Blacks’ man-of-the-match was prop Alan Davidson backed by half-back Liam Gargan and second rower Jamie Norris.
All Blacks remain fifth in the table.
