YORK City striker Richard Brodie has been named the Blue Square Premier’s Player of the Year.
Brodie, who scored 37 goals for the Minstermen last season, picked up the award, voted on by the division’s managers, at the Conference’s annual general meeting in Southport.
He was also presented with a Top Scorer Trophy after matching Salisbury striker Matt Tubbs as the Blue Square Premier’s leading marksman.
