MARTYN Woolford and Darren Craddock have been put on standby for the England C' squad.
The York City duo, both aged 22, could now be called upon should any of the players in Paul Fairclough's 16-man party withdraw from the International Challenge Trophy match against Wales at Exeter City on Wednesday, February 20.
City boss Colin Walker said: "It's great news and helps raise the profile of the club with Danny Parslow also making the Welsh side."
Walker also welcomed skipper Manny Panther's short-listing for the January Player of the Month award, adding: "He pulled us back into one or two games on his own and his nomination is well-deserved."
Panther is vying for the award with Steve Morison (Stevenage), Stacy Long (Ebbsfleet), Jamie Cook (Crawley) and Matt Tubbs (Salisbury).
