PRESS NOTICE - Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence

Take notice that on 6th January 2015 we Fehim Kaya and Daniel Broome of Rustique Restaurant, 28 Castlegate, York, YO1 9RP made application to the City of York Council for the variation of a Premises Licence at the following premises Rustique Restaurant, 28 Castlegate, York, YO1 9RP. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Representations must be received by no later than 3rd February 2015. Summary of Proposed Variation(s)/Conditions: To vary the existing licence so that: 1. The licensed area is extended to include the extension to the restaurant including the first floor and terrace as identified on the plans lodge with the Council and available for inspection there. 2. The condition at paragraph 5 of the licence regarding credit sales is removed. For the purposes of clarity it is confirmed that there are no further proposed changes to the existing terms of the licence. It is further confirmed that the non-standard timings for all events are to remain as on the existing licence. It is an offence knowingley or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
