Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England) Regulations 2011

Notice under Regulation 22(3) Applications, accompanied by an Environmental Statement, for (i) ‘construction of a development platform, landform engineering works and remediation and reclamation of the British Sugar site (Detailed Application)’ and (ii)‘development of the site, comprising up to 1,100 residential units (C3), community uses (D1/D2), new public open space, with details of access (to include new access points at Millfield Lane and Boroughbridge Road and a new link road crossing the former Manor School site) and demolition of the former Manor School buildings, with all other matters reserved (outline Masterplan Application)’ at the Former British Sugar and Former Manor School, Boroughbridge Road, York, YO26 6AQ were submitted by British Sugar Plc to the City of York Council on 2 December 2014 (application ref: 14/02798/FULM and 14/02789/OUTM). Further information in respect of the Environmental Statement has been provided and can be inspected at all reasonable hours, or downloaded from the web site until close of business on 5th March 2015 at City of York Council, Development Management, West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GA. Anyone wishing to make representations about the further information (Supplemental Environmental Statement) should make them in writing, before close of business on 5th March 2015 to the City of York Council at the aforementioned address.
