Notice of application for the grant of aPremises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Carluccio's Limited has applied to City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Carluccio's Kiosk, St Mary's Square, Coppergate Shopping Centre, York, Y6l§NT. The licence is to permit the sale of alcohol:-a. 21 March to 31 October between the hours of 08:00 to 21:00 hours, closing 30 minutes after.b.1November to 20 March between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00, closing 30 minutes after.
