NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENSE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Artigiano York Limited (trading as Artigiano) has applied to York Council on 2nd March 2015 for a licence to use the premises at 3-7 Coney Street, York, YO1 9QL for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises at the following times: Mondays – Sundays from 12:00 to 01:00 hours. Representations should be made in writing by 1st April 2015 to: Licensing Services, City of York Council, Hazel Court EcoDepot, York YO10 3DS. Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction of the offence.
