KYLE & UPPER OUSE INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARD (THE BOARD)
LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1991 (THE ACT) DRAINAGE RATES AND SPECIAL LEVIES AS REQUIRED by Section 48(2) of The Act the Board give notice as follows:- 1. On the 9th February 2015, the Board made a Drainage Rate of 4.182p in the pound, in respect of Agricultural Land and Agricultural Buildings in the District to raise £44,813 of their expenditure for the year ended 31st March 2016. 2.Also on the 9th February 2015 the Board made Special Levies on:- City of York Council £106,102 Hambleton District Council £12,208 to raise their balance of the expenditure for the same year.
