TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (Development Management Procedure) (England) ORDER 2010. Notice Under Article 13(3) of Application for Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environmental Statement 14/02933/FULM - Development at Huntington Stadium, Jockey Lane, York. Wrenbridge Sport York Limited and GLL are applying to City of York Council for planning permission to erect an 8,000 seat community stadium, leisure centre, multi-screen cinema, retail units, outdoor football pitches, community facilities and other ancillary uses, together with associated vehicular access, car parking, public realm, and hard and soft landscaping following demolition of existing structures and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
