Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is herebygiven that York Racecourse Committee in respect of Premises known as York Racecourse, TheKnavesmire, York, YO23 1EX applied to City of York Council for aVariation of a Premises Licence. Theproposed variation is: 1. To amend the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted with this application, to include a newly constructed Moet Pavilion and roof terrace, champagne bar and Parade Ring restaurant, forming the first floor of a newly con­structed building, with the weighing in room below, into the licensed area; 2. To remove obsolete condition in regard to the Olympic Torch Event in 2012. All licensable activities and times to remain the same. Anyrepresentations regarding the above-mentioned application must be receivedinwriting by Licensing Authority,York City Council, Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, YO10 3DS no later than 7th April 2015 stating the grounds for representation. The register of City of York Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website-www.york.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or reck­lessly to make afalse statement in connection with an application.
