Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Sojourn Hotels (Northampton) LLP has applied to City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Hotel Indigo, Walmgate, York, YO19TL. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the supply of alcohol and opening hours Monday to Sunday1000hrs to 2300hrs. residents and bona fide guests Monday 24 hours Monday to Sunday. Any representations' regarding the above-mentioned application must be receivedinwriting by Licensing Authority York City Council, Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, YO10 3DS no later than 7th April 2015 stating the grounds for representation. The register of City ofYork Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.york.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or reck­lessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
