HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE LICENSING
Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 Part II
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 70 (3)(a) of the above mentioned Act, the City of York Council proposes to increase the fees for the grant of licenses mentioned in the Schedule below. It is proposed that the new fees will come into operation on the 1st day of May 2015.
Anyone wishing to object to the proposed fees may do so before the expiry of twenty eight days from the date of the publication of this Notice by letter addressed to Miss L. Cooke, Licensing Manager, Communities & Neighbourhoods, The Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York, YO10 3DS.
A copy of this Notice may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours at The Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York, during the period of twenty eight days from the date of this publication.
