Public Notice of an application for aPremises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is herebygiven that an applica­tion wasmade to City of York Council for apremises licence under the above Act on the 2nd April 2015. Applicant: Martin McColl Limited. Address of premises: Martins, 19 TheVillage, Haxby, York, North Yorkshire YO32 3HS. Proposed licensable activities: sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable actvity: every day-alcohol sales 06:00 to 23:00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application maybeinspected is: *LicensingTeam, City ofYork Council, Hazel Court Ecodepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Anyperson wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice-by the 30th April 2015.
