I Bora Akgul of Hollywood Lounge Bar Pizza and Grill, 20 - 24 Swinegate York YO1 8AZ have applied on 16th April 2015 to The City of York Council for the variation of a Premises Licence For the provision of :- Extending the existing licence to include the proposed first floor of the premises At: Hollywood Lounge Bar Pizza and Grill, 20 - 24 Swinegate York, YO1 8AZ. Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Section, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, where the application may be inspected during normal office hours - Monday - Friday between 8.30am to 5.00pm. Representations must be received by no later than 14th May 2015. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
