Application has been made by James Covenience Retail Limited to the Licensing Authority of City of York Council for a Premises Licence for GT News at 45 York Road, Acomb, York, YO24 4LN. The application includes the following terms:-1. To enable thes ale of alcohol off the premises between 06.00 and2 3.00 Monday-Sunday. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at anytime up to and including 27th July 2015 (www.yorkgov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
