Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed development at Land to the north of Knapton Lane, Acomb, York, YO26 5PX. Notice is given that Novus Investments Ltd are applying to City of York Council for planning permission for residential development, including details of access (all other matters reserved). Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: City of York Council, West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GA by 26 August 2015.*‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.**‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
