Application has been made by Makins LTD to the Licensing Authority of Selby District Council for a Premises Licence for the Leeds East Airfield at Busk Lane, Church Fenton, North Yorkshire, LS24 9SE. The application includes the following terms: To enable the sale of alcohol during normal opening hours 08:30-20:30 hours (Summer) and 09:00-16:00 hours (Winter) Monday to Sunday; To enable the sale of alcohol during extended opening hours 06:00-02:00; To enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the application) to be provided when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol to be consumed on the premises. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Selby District Council, The Civic Centre, Doncaster Road, Selby, North Yorkshire, YO8 9FT. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 28th August 2015, 28 days from date of application (www.selby.gov.uk). It is an offence for anyone know¬ingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maxi¬mum fine on summary conviction is £5000.00.
