LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to City Of York Council on 3rd November 2015 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at (Wills & Ellis Garage), Boroughbridge Road, York, YO26 6QD, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street York, Y010 3DS between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writ­ing by a responsible authority or any other person to City Of York Council, Licensing Services, EcoDepot, Hazel Court, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Representations must be received by no later than 1st December 2015 being within a 28 days period beginning the first day after the appli­cation is made. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the preventon of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000.
