Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in tne Estate of the afore­mentioned deceased late of 83 Tranby Avenue York Yorkshire YO10 33NE and 29 Tranby Avenue York Yorkshire YO10 3NB and 2 Meadow Beck Close York Yorkshire YO10 3SJ and 40 Heslington Lane York Yorkshire YO10 4NA, who died on 13/06/2015, are required to send particulars hereof in writing to the undersigned on or before 15/01/2016, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
