Notice of Application for the Grant of a premises Licence Take notice that on Friday 6th November 2015 we,York St John Students' Union Limited of York St John University, Lord Mayor's Walk, York, YO31 7EX made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises:- York St John Students' Union, York St John University, Lord Mayor's Walk, York, YO31 7EX, as per CYC Planning Application Ref No: 15/01809/FUL. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Representations must be recieved by no later than Friday 4th December 2015, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed Licensable: Provision of regulated enterainment - plays/films/indoor sporting events/boxing or wrestling/live music/recorded music/performance of dance. Activities and other events organised for or by our students. Provision of late night refreshment/Sale by retail/supply of alcohol. It is an offence knowingley or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person quilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
