Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Take notice that on 29th October 2015, we S.B. Illingworth Stores Ltd of 35 Nowell Terrace, Leeds, LS9 6HX made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises, Woodthorpe Moor Post Office, 61 Moorcroft Road, York, YO24 2RQ. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30 am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by any interested party or responsible authority to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Representations must be received by no later than 26th November 2015, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed Licensable Activities Sale by retail/ Supply of alcohol off the premises [x] It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
