Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 Schedule 3 Application for The Renewal of Sex Establishment Licence Address of Premises: Upstairs VIP 53 Micklegate, York YO1 6LJ We: Upstairs VIP Limited Of: 53 Micklegate, York Hereby give notice that we have applied to City of York Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 to renew a licence to use the premises referred to above as a sex entertainment venue. Any person wishing to make objections to this application should make it in writing to: City of York Council Licensing Section, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York. YO10 3DS. The grounds of the objection must be stated in general terms. Any objection must be received by City of York Council no later than 28th December 2015, being a 28 days period from the date application.
