15/02639/FULM Proposed development at Elvington Water Treatment Works, Kexby Lane, Elvington I give notice that Kelda Energy Services are applying to the City of York Council for planning permission for: Installation of solar photovoltaic array with associated infrastructure including kiosks, security fencing, cctv and internal access track.
