THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF YORK

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 123 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)
PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND LAND AT MONK STRAY, HEWORTH, YORK

Acting under its powers in the above legislation. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of York intends to dispose of a piece of land situate at Monk Stray.¹ The land is proposed to be included in the Grant of Easement to Yorkshire Water for the purposes of laying underground sewer pipes. A map or plan showing the situation of the land coloured pink and the sewer to be laid in the position indicated by a red line along with statement of reasons may be inspected during week days at the Reception to West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GAfrom 8.30 am to 5 pm (4.30 on Fridays) from 31^st December 2015 to 28^th January 2016 and can also be viewed between these dates on the Council website at www.york.gov.uk/ Business in York/ Commercial Property.
