Licensing Act 2003 – notice of application for a new premises licence

Take notice that Arumugam Kalamohan has applied for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Todays Express , 76 Goodramgate, York, YO1 7LF to allow the sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 9pm. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council, Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5pm Mon- Fri. Representations can be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 20 January 2016. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
