LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Address of Premises: Wildwood, 87 Low Petergate, York, YO1 7HY Notice is hereby given that an application for the grant of a premises licence has been made to City of York Council (the Council) to permit the licensable activities of sale of alcohol on and off the premises and recorded music between the hours of 1000 to 2330 Sunday to Thursday and to 0000 Friday and Saturday and the provision of late night refreshment indoors between the hours of 2300 to 0000 Sunday to Thursday and to 0030 Friday and Saturday with seasonal extensions, such activities being subject to the operational conditions offered in the full application. A person or responsible authority may make written representations to the Council at the above address by 3 February 2016. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
