SELBY DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Selby District Council in respect of the following proposals:
A. Listed building application for retrospective change of use of barn and workshop from Sui Generis (Agriculture) to Sui Generis mixed use (Agriculture and Celebratory Events with toilet facilities) at Hornington Manor Oxton Lane, Bolton Percy by Harrison Spinks Ltd.

Applications can also be viewed using the authority's 'PublicAccess' website at www.selby.gov.uk. Please note that on Wednesdays Access Selby will not open until 10.00am to allow for staff training. Any person who wishes to make representations to the District Council about the applications should do so in writing during the period of twenty-one days beginning with the date of publication of this notice to the address below.
