PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to York City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 8th February 2016. Applicant: Kopi Management Limited. Address of premises: 17 Bridge Street, York, YO1 6DA. Proposed licensable activities: Sale ofAlcohol for Consumption off the Premises Provision of Late Night Refreshment (Hot Drinks Only). Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every Day - Alcohol Sales 07.00 to 21.00. Provision of Late Night Refreshment23.00to 05.00.The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is' 'Licensing Department, City Of York Council, Hazel Court Ecodepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice by the 7th March 2016.
