PUBLIC NOTICE (Licensing Act 2003)

Take notice that David Simpson Penny has applied to City Of York Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a variation to the premises licence in respect of the premises known as Hull Road Filling Station, Hull Road, Dunnington YO19 5LP. A brief description of the proposed variation is as follows: to submit a new floor plan for changes to the layout & an extension of the licensed area. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
