RYEDALE DISTRICT COUNCIL COMPLETION OF AUDIT OF ACCOUNTS YEAR ENDED 31^st MARCH 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the audit of the accounts for the above Council for the year ended 31^st March 2015 has been completed and the Statement of Accounts, along with the Auditor's certificate thereon, are available for inspection at the Council Offices, Ryedale House, Malton, during the normal working hours by any Local Government Elector for the area of the Authority. The Statement of Accounts can also be found on the Policies and Plans page of the Council's website at www.ryedale.gov.uk, this page being available as a quick link under Council Information on the home page.
Section 14 of the Audit Commission Act 1998 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2011, provides that any Statement of Accounts prepared by the body whose accounts are required to be audited in accordance with this Act and of any officer of such a body and any report made by an Auditor on those accounts shall be open to the inspection of any Local Government Elector for the area of the body, and any such Local Government Elector may make a copy thereof or an extract therefrom, and copies thereof shall be delivered to any such Local Government Elector, on payment of a reasonable sum for each copy.
