PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OFTHE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the City ofYork Counci l to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 14th March 2016. Applicant: Martin McColl Limited. Proposed variation to the licensable activities: To Remove the Seasonal Restrictions on the Sale of Alcohol Hours, Extend The Sale of Alcohol Hours to 06:00 Hours to 23:00 Hours Monday to Sunday For Consumption Off The Premises and Remove All Embedded Restrictions And Replace With UpTo Date Conditions/The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: "Licensing Team, City OfYork Council, Eco Depot Hazel Court, York YO10 3DS.
