We Cochon Group Limited HAVE APPLIED TO THE CITY OF YORK COUNCIL FOR A PREMISES LICENCE For the provision of:- Live music and the sale of alcohol At: 19 WALMGATE YORK YO1 9TX Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice on writing to: The Licensing Section Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS where the application may be inspected during normal office hours Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 5pm Representations must be received by no later than 13th April 2016 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make an false statement in or in connection with this application.
