Licensing Act 2003 – Notice of application for a new premises licence

Take notice that on 23/3/16 I, Arumugam Kalamohan applied for the grant of 2 premises licences to allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises as follows; (1) Everyday Value, 10 Goodramgate, York, YO1 7LQ - alcohol sales 7 days a week 8am to 9pm, and (2) 143 Haxby Road, York Y031 8JW - alcohol sales 7 days a week 6am to 11pm. The application register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council, Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5pm Mon- Fri. Representations can be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 20 April 2016. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
